Future Concepts, founded in 2015 by Ar. Suraj Mittal and later joined by Nishant Nagpal strongly works on the principles of authenticity and originality. Future Concepts provides Interior designing solutions and Architectural services with a touch of art that brings life into the structure. The team strongly believes that buildings can tell a great deal about their needs if each detail is well looked into.
Suraj was influenced by Architecture from a very young age when working at a real estate and construction business. The time spent learning and eventually supervising made him privy to the various nuances of design and construction techniques. His first project was to design a coffee shop in Delhi.
Designing an office space for a well-known Supreme Court lawyer on Barakhamba Road, one of the premium spaces in Delhi NCR was one of the first significant projects of Future Concepts. The appreciation and acknowledgment for the completion of the successful project at the beginning of the firm’s journey gave Suraj the motivation to further create a niche for Future Concepts in the industry.
The design approach at Future Concepts encourages the use of eco-friendly, sustainable products that emit zero carbon footprints. FC believes in incorporating all forms of art into interior design. We believe that using different forms of artwork grants a soul to a designed space. With a vast experience and connectivity to not only well-known artists but also new and upcoming artists, FC aims at fabricating state-of-the-art home interiors.
The team of FC is constantly working towards enhancing the quality of life and standard of living by using modern edge technology and sustainable products for all. They aspire to create affordable luxury for people from all walks of life while holding a fine balance between technology and the traditional roots that one belongs to. At Future Concepts, they believe that every building structure should have its unique character and a reflection of its owner.
In the next five years, they plan to expand to eight new cities in India, marking their presence with influential designs. They aim to further broaden their horizons in at least five countries abroad in the upcoming decade.
